Lunch Box - 30 min Boxing

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. Similar to the group boxing class for when you just need to box it out on your lunch break!

The Ignition

Join us for a fun hour of circuit strength training and conditioning to take your fitness to the next level. We will Push, pull, lift, lunge, and squat utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, cardio machines, etc. The class intention is to make you feel stronger than when you walked in and deliver serious results while protecting your joints and building resiliency.

Assisted Stretching and Massage Therapy

Session with licensed massage therapist Mitch Hoveke will help identify tightness and imbalances in your body.
